1General Terms

3Account Management

Each member is only permitted to own one (1) account only on the x9gaming platform. Holding more than one account — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account username and password. x9gaming recommends using a strong password and not sharing it with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately via live chat.

• Accounts are personal and may not be transferred to any other party.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Accepted KYC documents: MyKad, valid Malaysian passport, and recent bank statement.

4Deposits & Payments

5Withdrawal of Winnings

6Bonus & Promotions

7Game Rules

All games on the x9gaming platform use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology that has been independently audited by internationally recognized certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including x9gaming itself.

• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game can be found in the respective game's information section.
• Any technical failure during gameplay will result in the affected round being voided and the bet returned.
• Settled game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between members to cheat or manipulate games is a serious violation that may result in legal action.

8Responsible Gaming

9Account Closure & Suspension

10Limitation of Liability

X9gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

X9gaming's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the actual amount of funds held in that member's account at the time of the relevant incident.

11Terms Amendment
